I contacted Abraham after reading his reviews on Homestars. It was late Saturday evening and did not really expect him to pick up the phone but he did! He scheduled a day to come home and give me an estimate right away. Abraham arrived promptly and showed me numerous samples. I had originally planned to install a runner. Happy with the choice, I confirmed a date for installation. However, 2 days before the scheduled date, I realized the stairs very in really bad shape and needed to be carpeted fully than have a runner. I called Abraham and as usual he answered the call promptly. He was accommodating and agreed to install the carpet rather than the runner. The carpet was installed yesterday and it looks beautiful. It feels so soft and luxurious on the feet . I am extremely happy. Thank You Abraham.

Abraham was very professional and accommodating. He was able to come and show me the product one day, and install it the next day. He was there exactly when he said he would be, did a great job. Left the house and job perfect and clean.
