I read about the insulation upgrade program and thought it was worth looking into. The very next day there was a flyer at my door. Magic. The flyer was informative and I called. A short conversation later and we booked a 9AM appointment on Tuesday. They showed up at 8:50 AM. This tall, dark, hot guy was at my door. He came in with his ladder and I showed him to the attic. He climbed his ladder for a quick inspection came back down and told me it would be an hour. An hour later he was finished vacuuming, took a bunch of info for the rebate,he smiled and thanked me and was on his way. Fast, efficient, reliable. I generally don't recommend but this was an exceptional experience. It could have only been better if he brought donuts.

I had Jay insulate (top up) my attic, considering that we had a snowstorm Jay arrived on time, Jay set up and 3 hours later the attic was complete, Jay is extremely courteous and professional and even insisted on vacuuming after the job was complete, Jay took care of the rebate and I received all documentation as promised the same evening.
