I had leaking eves. Chris came to clean and stated that hangers will resolve all problems. the work is scheduled to be done next Thursday morning. I will post pictures when it is done :)

I called up Home Pro Exterior Services because I had an ongoing issuse with raccoons living in my attic. I booked an appointment with Kevin in the office and he said we would be out if not tomoorow then the following day. They showed up right on time at 9am and I was greeted by a gentleman named Kelly. He said is going to conduct an investigation and let me know everything thats going on. First he went up up on the roof and came down with 3 pictures of entry points on my roof, he told me the price to remove them would be $350 for the trap and $150 for each one cause he has to catch and relocate the animal. I agreed and he got to work. After about 2 - 3 hours he came to my front door and this time had another gentleman named Ken, he brought me outside and showed me 2 adult raccoons and 9 babies. I also have some insulation issues but I explained I didn't have the money at the time. However when I do get the money I will be calling these guys back 100% because they were fast and efficient and I will definitely give them a strong recommendation to anyone that I know needs work done. Keep up the great work guys.

I called up this company because I purchased a groupon deal for an eavestrough cleaning for $39.00, they sent someone out immediately the next day, at 9am a gentleman by the name of Kelly rang the door bell and with a firm handshake explained who he was. After performing his work he took a few pictures and showed me I had some shingles decaying on the roof, some spots there was even wood showing. He told me that for $1,500 he could fix the bad area (both shingles and plywood) and he could do it right then and there. I jumped on the opportunity because it's not everyday you find these problems let alone have them fixed the same day. I agreed and off he went. After about 3 hours of work, Kelly came down and showed me the before, during, and after pictures of the work he had performed. Not only was the job done professionally and properly, Kelly saved me from spending roughly $8000 on a new roof. I thank Kelly and the company and would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

We called this company based on their home star reviews to come take a look at our eavestroughs which were pooling water at the wrong places and leaking. They then commented that our eavestroughs had become misaligned and that we could use an additional downspout on one side. Also while inspecting this they mentioned that the roof had a leak at one spot which needed to be re-shingled and repaired. Overall they quoted me $1500-2000 on this. After thinking all of this over, they then quoted me a discounted price of about $1000. They patched the roof and then realigned the eavestroughs. 6 months later, I have a leak in the same spot that they patched the roof and the eavestoughs they re-aligned are now misaligned again. At the time I asked if they would warranty their work and they said they would but the technician did not write this on the receipt. I called back today asking for someone to come take a look as I'm experiencing the same issues I had before they "fixed" the problems and they're now telling me that they don't warranty their work, especially after the "winter we've had". Overall I spent $1000 with these guys and they won't warranty their work and wouldn't even come to take a look to see whether it was their work that was questionable. I would not recommend these guys to anyone or have them do future work on my house.

[Edit] - Recently had our roof checked out by real professionals and they said that the previous eavestrough repair did not add the "brackets" that were clearly stated in our invoice as being added to secure the eavestroughs in place. No wonder our eavestroughs started to misalign again! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS BEYOND QUESTIONABLE!

I called Home pro to get my eaves clean.. i spoke to kevin he said he could have someone by shortly to clean my eaves.. two techs name Larry & Mike came by.. i told Larry & mike i was having some leaking on my roof and ask if they could check it out they inform me with the cleaning i get a free roof insection for free .Larry and mike notice that one of my plastic vents had been chewed by wild life and had to be replaced .. they give me a great price i couldn't say no.. the leak has stopped!! thank you Larry and mike!! i will be useing Home Pro in the Feature!!
