A.R.C.C. Mechanical

Our furnace wasn't working during this very cold weather we have been having in Toronto. I called Brandon who was very responsive as well as quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He also gave me some good tips about furnace filters. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend ARCC Mechanical without hesitation.

called Brandon in the morning came sameday, was told by another company I needed a smart valve for my furnace and the valve was at least $700 without it being installed they ( greenfield ) said I would be looking at about $1000 and will have to wait 2 days even thought I had no heat, that is why I called Brandon not only did he come sameday after looking at my furnace he cleaned a clogged pilot line and that was it, furnace works great also wires were a mess he also cleaned that too all that and he only charged $100 !!! Honest and good workmanship a HARD combo to find in skilled trades I would highly recommend ARCC Brandon to anybody I very seldom write reviews but ARCC deserves this review!

Brandon was professional, very knowledgeable and quick to reply to our call. He gave us peace of mind after servicing the furnace for our home. Will definitely call him again for future furnace and A.C. issues.

Great response to a much needed AC/Furnace call. Came out same day when furnace fan motor died and replaced. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Would recommend 100% and will use again.

Air conditioner fan on outdoor unit would not engage. New battery type unit installed, old unit had separated. Brandon was on time, engaged and helpful, taking time to explain the system fault and fix. The home system was tested subsequent to the work completion. I was very satisfied with the service. Our neighbours have recommended him and I will have him back in the Fall to service the furnace prior to the winter season.

In a word... "PROFESSIONAL"... So very pleased to find a Heating/AC contractor in the area that is prompt, honest and affordable. We had Brandon install a new Payne furnace in our home, and as a former tradesman myself can attest to how extremely impressed I was by his technical skill & knowledge. Hope he wasn't bothered by my watching over his shoulder!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

great service very professional workman ship next day service because my furnace broke down the night before 2 workers showed up first thing in the morning ready to work they removed there work boots every time they came in and out of the house ,they also gave me some tips to make the house more efficient.My profile says Toronto but i live in Newmarket
