An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
It took all summer for my brother in-law carpenter to get my garden shed finished. The plan I purchased from Summerwood turned out to be the neatest garden shed I've seen. I have not had time to organize what the interior will involve, but my intent was to have this building be the focal point of my landscape when I looked out of my home windows... I am not disappointed! I am a retired florist, and my property is about 3 acres along a creek, so I have room to develop a great landscape and I have worked for years to get that accomplished. The shed fit into an established area in the front side yard, so it is very visible from the street and the landscape was reworked to include a brick patio with a brick walk going to and past the shed through the landscape.
