After the raccoons broke in through one of the corner dormers which the one way door was placed, three other sections of soffit were knocked down from the raccoons being on the inside walking on them and knocking them down. Usually the soffit panels don't get knocked down that easy but whoever the installer was cut the panels to short. It was one of the reasons I came back out to fix another section pushed down while they were still inside. As you know have noticed they left the attic once the temperature at night was warm enough to venture outside. Distressed wildlife trapped in people's homes are always our priority to look after. Being attacked by a trapped animal in your home is usually a great fear for most of our customers, however, to be real about it though is the wild animal only wants its freedom once trapped anywhere.
I'm very pleased I was able to get the trapped squirrel out of your house before it died in the walls. The fact I secured the chimney on my first visit is to be sure not to experience this again like you did a year ago. The fact that Birds and Squirrels have a bad time choosing to go into open chimneys that aren't secure are a reason enough to have your home chimney secured properly.

Never an issue for one of our customers even when it comes to odd situations. Very disappointing to pay for the same work twice especially when it's done right the first time. It seems to be a major problem with roofers that remove the work installed and then lie about putting it back on. It would be suggested to anyone that has roof repairs done after wildlife prevention is done to have the roofers take photos of the areas in question. Our services always shows pictures of the work before and after the work is done as a picture never lies just like we don't.
