We needed a roof replacement for our house and garage in September. Michael and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive and returned our first phone call immediately. The work was completed on time and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Michael provided us with pictures showing the various stages of the work and answered all of our questions throughout the process.

Absolutely recommend Quality First Roofing and would use them again for future work.

We highly recommend Quality First and Michael B. After a heavy rainstorm late October, we noticed a bad leak, we contacted Michael and received a quick and professional reply. His use of text, email and phone as necessary makes communication easy.

We appreciated the prompt, knowledgeable, and professional attention as the leak was causing damage to the inside of our house. Service level was excellent and he even came out on a weekend to try and beat some incoming bad weather.

I first encountered Quality First Roofing after a windstorm in 2018 when I was having difficulty finding anyone to repair our roof. Quality First promptly sent a man who quickly and efficiently replaced all the shingles that had blown off.

I therefore chose the company again for repair of two apparent leaks (unrelated to the previous work). Michael responded quickly and came to assess the problem areas. He then resealed the chimney flashings and sealed some nail holes. He also went beyond the scope of the trade by pointing out a chimney issue and temporarily sealing some cracks. He thoroughly explained what was happening on the roof, providing copious photos of the problem areas and of his repair work. He also made us aware of more extensive work that might be necessary in the future.

Michael had to contend with unpredictable wind conditions, but he got the job done. With his readiness to explain and keep the customer well informed, along with a friendly, professional manner, Michael is really a good guy to deal with.

Michael and his team did a great job of removing several layers of flat roof and then replacing the roofing. They were on time and worked long hours on the first day, then were able to finish in about half a day with the shingles on day 2. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was over. I would definitely recommend them, particularly if you have a flat roofing job.

SUPERB JOB done in 1 day!!!!! That was yesterday! Two layers of the old flat roof stripped and base was cleaned before the new installation. The workers were knowledgeable and meticulous in detail. They ensured property and gardens were protected and at the end of the day they cleaned up...to the point that you would never know they were even there! And today we had some impressive rains and downpours. The roof was perfectly sloped - no more water puddling and sitting stagnant. The new roof work beautifully...and looks fabulous. We are thrilled with Quality First Roofing and have already confirmed that they will return in the spring to do the shingled part of the house. Thanks Michael and team for GREAT WORK!!!!

I could not be more impressed with Michael and his crew. Michael was involved in every stage of the job, from estimate to cleanup, did an excellent job of walking us through every step and made doubly sure that our concerns were addressed. The work was efficient and neat from start to cleanup and the unsolicited photos of the work in progress were a fascinating glimpse into process as well as the underlying structure of our home -- a nice bonus and telling sign of craftsmen proud of their efforts.
