After an extensive examination of the condition of our shingles, Chris sat down with us for over an hour to go over his quotation. He answered all of our questions simply and precisely, no double talk or scare tactics. We chose Marriotts Roofing over other quotes and presentations.
Chris's team, lead by foreman, Paul, showed up on time and immediately got to work. The team members were all friendly and professional. Any questions that I had we're answered politely and respectfully. The shingling was complete by the afternoon and the whole team was involved in the cleanup. The main cleanup team member even had a bet with the foreman that he would not find any nails or pieces of shingle during the final inspection. The guy lost the bet which shows the level of commitment to the customer by the team that the property is left without any roofing debris. Except for the nice new shingles you would never know the roofing crew had even been on site. My wife was very impressed.

As part of my due diligence I went out and got several competitive quotes. What I liked about Chris is that he was knowledgeable, honest and very fair in his pricing for the work he was going to be doing. We often see prices inflated living where we do and so to see prices representative of the work was an added value.

The Marriott crew that completed the work was outstanding. They were very professional, well organized and efficient. Our roof geometrically challenging and because of their expertise, the crew was able to make a number of improvements over the original builders shingle installation.

Another detail worthy of mentioning is that the installation of the new roof spanned over 2 days with heavy rain and wind forecasted for the night in between. When the rain and wind finally came, I was concerned about leaks. The following morning everything was dry and I noticed that they used this thoughtful technique of interlacing the old and new shingles in order to maintain the integrity of the water barrier.

On top of the value we were also extremely pleased with the product and have recommended Marriott's Roofing to our family and friends. Great work and great price!

Chris and his team did my roof earlier this summer. There were a few roofs being replaced in my neighbourhood and the consensus, even of those who didn't use Chris, is that his team was by far the best.

I was immediately impressed by Chris when he came to my house. He actually took the time to properly measure my roof, other quotes just took a measurement of the front and side of my house, his quote was detailed, he took the time to take my wife and I through the quote providing the perfect level of detail for us.

More than that, and the difference maker from my and my neighbours perspective is the professionalism with which Chris and his team operate. First of all, they were on-site at the date and time they said they would, and they worked diligently throughout the day to complete my roof. People commented on how different that was from the other roofs being done at the same time. They also commented, which I agree, that Chris's team was the most respectful of everyone around them and was the best at cleaning up the site when they were finished.

Having seen the work that roofers typically do on new builds I was worried that mine would be the same. I was amazed at the work that Chris and his team did. They treated my new build roof just like any other and the quality of work is second to none. I've been in the house for almost 5 years now and have had no issues and it still looks like new.
