We recently had our house re-roofed by Coast Mountain and were very pleased with the process from start to finish. I received quotes from several companies but chose Coast Mtn because Brad was very informative. The job was completed in only a few days so there wasnt much interruption to myself or neighbourhood. Brad followed through the job from start to finish himself and even came back a year later to check on things. It has been 4 years now with absolutely no problems. I met with and got quotes from four different companies before selecting Coast Mountain for our roof (which was old tar & gravel, and needed a new torch-on membrane - shallow angle roof, similar to a Vancouver Special). Coast was the cheapest of the estimates, but they were all quite close, what made my decision was that Brad spent far more time explaining how the product worked and would be applied than anyone else, down to the details of their routine, the inspections, and the application details, and their insurance and WCB details were better then other companies thanks to their commercial work.
The project was completed quickly, more quickly than I expected (perhaps 2 days?), with minimal mess. One tulip plant got squished which they immediately offered to replace :) In the post-project inspection we discovered some water pooling in one corner, which is the fault of the roof slant, not their work, but they're working with me now to add additional drainage and make sure the end result is perfect and guaranteed to last. I absolutely recommend working with Coast (and especially with Brad and Josh), and will use them again if I need a roof on another house.

After receiving several quotes, Brad was the only one who educated me on the types of shingles that were available and explained the importance of a well manufactured one. I was quite surprised of the cleanliness of his crew, they even used leaf blowers to clean the debris off my roof once they finished.
