He was referred to me by someone who had used this company. It was completed as promised, on time. He took the appropriate measures associated with solar panel installations, before and after.

We hired him to install 2 solar panels in two different homes. He is a very fine man and offers good customer service. I have already referred him to other people. This was a while ago, the price of the units have come down since this installation.

When the new Micro FIT program was launched in 2009 New Dawn came back to us and helped to transfer our project from RESOP to Micro FIT. Our experience with New Dawn Energy team was a really knowable, pleasant and rewarding. New Dawn Energy representative explained us everything completely up front and as they progressed with installation. They also walked me through the whole system after installation. Knowing New Dawn Energy representative is an electrical engineer put us at ease. He is very knowledgeable about the emerging solar technologies as well the whole power industry; he worked in Ontario Hydro prior to New Dawn Energy.

The financial returns based on New Dawn Energy projections are pretty accurate. In fact I am surprised to see not many people in Ontario are taking advantage of this government program.
