We are very pleased with Ancoe Property Inspection because Tony was very professional and took the time to answer every question we had. He throughly inspected our house both inside and out. He did not only told us what was wrong but also why it was wrong, which was very helpful for us as new home owners of a detached home. We also liked and found helpful that the report came with pictures of the places or things that needed to be fixed. We would definitely recommend Ancoe Property Inspection to our friends and family.

I would recommend Tony for anyone who is looking at buying a home and needing to conduct a home inspection. I bought a home earlier this month with a quick close date and Tony was more than willing to accommodate the inspection on short notice. Tony was very professional and thorough during the inspection involving my wife and I throughout the process. Tony inspected things I would not have even given a second thought about. Within 24 hours of the inspcetion we were presented with a full written review of the house insection along with pictures,videos and suggestions for any issues that were found and how best to proceed. Tony gave us a very good home inspection and due to the problems that were found, we walked away from purchasing the home. Without his help, the problems he found would have cost $$$$ to fix. We would use Ancoe Property Inspections again!

Tony was extremely thorough, provided great feedback in a detailed report, and pointed out exactly what needed upgrading prior to closing. With his guidance, we had the home seller agree to upgrade a few key areas which gave us peace of mind. After reading reviews of different home inspectors we decided to go with Ancoe Property Inspections. Tony our inspector took me through the home we had just made an offer on. He pointed out all the defects and all the positive things on the home. He was very thorough taking pictures and video's through out our inspection. Thanks to Tony we withdrew our offer. The repairs on the home would have been in excess of $30000 excluding the possible health issues we would have had. The money we spent for this inspection was well worth it. Tony Coelho was very professional from beginning to end. This was my son's home inspection in Milton, Ontario and it was a great experience. Tony was a wonderful and thorough inspector. He made sure to explain things in detail to me in a language I could understand as well as was able to answer questions that my brother and father had (which were more indepth)

I was planning to purchase a home in Kitchener Ontario and required a home inspector - contacted Tony and he was willing to help.
