Ancoe Property Inspections

I am also another contract on homestars and had recently purchased my very first house. I was only 23 at the time and was very nervous to commit to buying a house, as well as it being an older home in Hamilton, so I was definitely going to get a home inspection to be on the safe side. I chose Tony to do the home insepction because like myself, he seemed to really care about providing me with everything i needed to know and i really appreciated that. Tony was very proffesional and didnt exagerate or miss any items, very thorough and great to work with. I highly recomend Ancoe Home Inspections!

Tony was prompt, thorough and courteous. He took the time to explain as he inspected and was patient to answer any questions I had. He even went beyond to answer some questions I had about wiring. Tony from Ancoe did our investment property home inspection in Ajax. I talked to him over the phone regarding the property inspection, he took down all the necessary information and I got an email with all the details for confirmation with in few hours. He showed up earlier than the appointment time and started the inspection outside the property. He was on the roof and took many pictures for us. He found some key issues in the property during his inspection and he is very knowledgeable, patient (with my repeated questions) and informative.

This was a very old house and we were worried about Aluminum wiring etc. and Tony helped us to understand how he checks for it and where to look for it etc. A few days after the inspection I had a few questions and I left a voicemail for Tony, he returned my call (even though, I was outside the country and it was a long distance call for Tony) and helped me to answer my questions. A week later; I requested few pictures he made and it was sent to my email within the same day. Overall I found his service very helpful and I would strongly suggest his service to anyone and I will be happy to use his service again in future. Great job Tony.

I want to take the opportunity to review and commend Ancoe Inspections for the thorough home inspection that I had recently received.
