Working with Future Perfect was great from top to bottom. We envisioned a brewery that would resemble something you would find in Toronto but in the suburbs. They did not disappoint. Their help with everything including design was awesome. We are so happy with the space that we get to now call our brewery. Aaron, Robbie, Mike x 2, Brian, Ted and everyone else that we dealt with were courteous, professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Future Perfect Construction was wonderful to work with! We purchased a home that required a complete renovation top to bottom! They also put an addition on the back of our house. The finished product was more than we could have ever hoped for! This is not the first time we have worked with this fabulous group, and certainly won’t be the last! Aaron and his team completed an amazing job on the renovation of our Master Ensuite. The care and attention taken care the project manager, Mike, and his crew - it's the little details like taking their shoes off before coming into the house, ensuring they cleaned up at the end of each and every day, introducing me to each member of the crew (and to my children) so we felt comfortable with them in our house - this is what stands out.

Aaron was completely flexible with the project and costing - to keep costs down, we agreed that I would source and secure the fixtures and his team would take care of construction and labour.

But of course, the final product also matters! Mike was incredible providing his advice and counsel throughout the project (well, everything except colours :) ) and we now have an incredible ensuite that more than exceeds our expectations. Have a look at the pictures as I think they speak for themselves!

We are already in discussions with Future Perfect on our next project (a much larger exterior renovation) and I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron and his team for any of your renovation projects.

We hired Future Perfect to take our unfinished basement and renovate it completely as a finished basement. During the job, they respected our hours in the morning and evening when we had busy times getting ready for work/kids to daycare. During the framing process, Ted had some great ideas to make use of wall space, which turned into a great spot for in-wall bookshelves for books and toys. Each day they cleaned up their work space, allowing us to freely go down and check on the progress. Ken was always accessible and responded to us immediately when we had any questions. Had a little delay later on but Aaron fully acknowledged and was able to keep it positive and kept us happy. Also got a nice unexpected card welcoming our 2nd baby, really above and beyond what you would normally expect, thanks guys!

Future Perfect Construction helped us with updating the exterior of our 25 yr old home. They were very professional from start to finish of the job, even went above and beyond providing consults and contacts for other work when required. We were always kept up to date on when the project was going to be completed (difficult to work outside in the spring weather so dates were changing)

Had Future Perfect Construction come into an investment property I purchased in Courtice to complete laminate flooring on the main level and a basement in-law suite. Was happy with their work every step of the way. Their knowledge made for great suggestions and the workmanship exceeded expectations. I am now using them for my home in Oshawa to complete a custom deck, replace all the trim in the home and finish the basement. Top notch workmanship!
