Not the perfect experience I expected based on the glowing reviews here.
1. Cleanup was poor. All kinds of loose asphalt left on our front walkway and garage floor. Seems the crew was in a hurry, as they told my wife they had 6 paving jobs to get done that day. They had a lot of heavy equipment, but were at my house for a total of 2 hours (includes removing existing asphalt).
2. No tape or rope put across the bottom of the driveway. This one is almost unbelievable. Instead, they took a green bin and a broom from my garage and put that in the middle of the bottom of the driveway. Then they said keep cars off the driveway for several days of course (ummm.,.. we need to use our green bin).
3. The surface is very rough and coarse in spots. See attached photo.

I do give them credit for coming out when I voiced my concerns to them. The sales rep apologized for the poor cleanup, and the lack of tape/rope to finish the job properly (he showed me he had some in his car). He basically explained away my concern re the uneven/ coarse surface of driveway by talking in detail about the process that is used, and suggesting that if I am really unhappy with the look, I can apply airport - grade sealer in the spring.

Based on my overall experience I can only give them 6 out of 10.

Amazing Job. We had a jungle in Front, Side & Back Yard. Fred and sons did an excellent job. Fred listens to the client and then provides a custom detailed solution all around our house. Friendly, and prompt. Will recommend to family and friends. Very Satisfied and Reasonable Cost.

Beaver paving was working on my street. Decided to ask them for a estimate since they were doing couple of driveways on my street there price was fair. They were quick and professional . Job was done in 2 hours and looks great

I needed a company who could replace an existing aging driveway and provide a new parking pad complete with a new gravel base. I got 2 competitive bids and found Fred (from Beaver Paving) to be very knowledgeable and offered some clever solutions for my location.

On installation day, he and his crew were prompt and very professional and completed the job within just a few hours. They respected the fact we have close neighbours and we're careful not to block anybody in. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

If I need paving anytime in the future, Fred will be the guy I'll call.

Fred, Joe, and the rest of the crew came at 7:30am as promised. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. They worked fast with good quality. When my neighbors saw the work, they joined the paving service right away. Definitely will refer to other people.

Fred, Joe and his crew did an absolute marvelous craft with my driveway. The company is very easy to deal with. The interlocking, the cuts were superb. Their punctuality and professionalism has me raving to my friends.

Signed contract on June 7, Paving started 7:15 a.m. July 2, Finished before 10:00 a.m. We are really pleased with this job. Fred is a really nice man too. Left me with instructions how to avoid damage to the asphalt before it goes through a winter to "set". Also other tips I didn't know before. Original driveway was 19 years old but this one looked better than the old one. Nice finishing touches with all the edges properly formed on both the gravel base and the asphalt. Even my next door neighbor was impressed, along with other passersby who stopped to admire. Thanks, Fred, and all your team.
