I put a deposit for our front deck back in May and was told that they would start end of July early Aug. When I called to get a status and an estimated start time my calls went unreturned. When I finally got a hold of Jim he said they would start w/o Aug 10th. They were a no show on the first day and it was sunny so rain wasn't an issue and I didn't get an explanation (this happened more then once). After reading some of the reviews below I thought we were getting ripped off and got extremely anxious as they had 60% of our payment at that point. I told Jim that if they didn't show up that week I wanted our money back. They then showed up and dug up the front to put in the posts and then didn't show up for another 2 weeks!! My calls were not returned as promised and no explanation was offered. What was suppose to be a 4 day job took 5 weeks and I wasn't able to access my front door for over a week and it wasn't finished until early September. The deck is gorgeous and we love it, but I wouldn't recommend these guys solely on the basis of poor customer service and the horrible lack of communication they have with their clients.
