The work we had done was not exactly what we had asked for. Our deck is still not level, instead of using one full run of wood, two pieces were spliced together, which will cause rotting, there are spaces where none should be. When we called to complain, our phone calls were not returned. We were asked by the owner (James) if we were going to stop calling and bugging them. Wrong sides of the wood was left up, so that writing was left in the middle of the spline. Colour matching was not done. All in all, we are very dissatisfied with the workmanship AND customer service, and would not recommend this company to anyone.

This job was only completed a few days ago. It was only a repair. Your deck is not totally level that could never be accomplished without ripping it totally out. You were very happy the day it was finished as I talked to your husband. We fixed many things that were not included in the scope of work paid for. As for not responding to your call it is Sunday (father's day ) you called on late Friday I was going to come by on Monday. I can't come by if I'm not in town. Throughout this process you have at times seemed under the influence of something when we talked. It is unfortunate that you would try to bring down our name and excellent reputation with these ridiculous accusations. I personally talked to you the day it was finished you told me how happy you were. Now 2 days later this. It is absurd.
I have never had this type of response from a customer.
even if you have a reason for a complaint you voiced it late on Fri it is now sunday how fast would you like me to come. You have also given no time to address your concerns before posting this review. I am sure future customers will see this review for what it is. B.S.
