I contacted Roy Inch and Son to replace my Gas Water Heater Rental from Reliance.
Time between first call to inquire about a Hot Water Heater our new one was installed by Jeremy Edmonstone and Jason Bierworth.
Both of theses Roy Inch & Son employees came within the time stated by e- mail. Mats were put on floors and carpet. Work was done in a timely manner, they both cleaned up once completed. Jeremy when over the paperwork in detail. Very pleased.

Sunday April 10, 2016 I called as my furnace was having issues-blowing cold air No heat! I called your service line and spoke with a representative who advised me I would be getting a call from Brandon who would be doing the service call at my residence. It was nice of him to call ahead and give me an approximate eta as he had another residence to go to before coming to my place. He called again to advise he would be at my residence even sooner which was awesome. When Brandon arrived he took the time to listen to my concerns and he did a diagnosis of the issue and it was determined that the thermostat on my furnace was done. He was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. Brandon Baldwin was fantastic!!! He had the job done and cleaned up everything afterwards and took pride in his work. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for service Thank you

Glad to have this done. It was done a few years ago but by a fly by night gang. I trusted Roy Inch and Milton, the service technician
was professional and used mats and booties to protect our floors.

A sudden cracked tank, a blown out vacuum spewing blue tank water EVERYWHERE, one broken flange and a newly purchased toilet that did not fit! Not your typical change-out-toilet job, but then Jason is not your typical plumber. He was completely professional and although one thing after another occurred that kept the job sidelined, everything was completed to our satisfaction. He kept me and his office informed of the issues, helped me find another toilet at Home Depot during his break, and did an incredible job of getting rid of the blue!
Thank you Jason, I'm sure this job is a story you will share, and I hope to see you again (with a new vacuum) for future plumbing needs!

Jason Biersworth did an excellent job repairing my leaking shower. He showed up on time and found and fixed the leak very efficiently, with minimal damage. He answered questions I had about my furnace and waterheater. He also made me realize that I was overpaying for an outdated water heater. Even though Roy Inch and sons is more known for Furnace and A/C, I would recommend the plumbing service as well.

We were very satisfied with the work that Jason Bierworth did for us. Prompt and courteous service. We would recommend Roy Inch & Sons for plumbing, heating and air conditioning work.

We needed our control board replaced on furnace ... Fast and friendly service by our service technician , Larry Curts , whom explained his repair and suggested other repairs that may possibly arise . Will call this company for further service if needed.

Jason Bierworth came to install a new toilet he was very punctual, did a good job and most importantly cleaned up the mess after his work. He alswo worked in reasonable time. He was not slow or to quick. Thanks

The tech phoned 10 minutes in advance to let us know that he would be here soon which was great . When he got here he did a great job cleaning our duck work . Took me to the furnace area and showed me what he had done re the entry areas to our duck work,

Larry Curts arrived promptly for the booked appointment and was very solicitous and very thorough. He checked all the tubes and pressures and all was well and the noise was gone. He determined that the Hepa filter had not been changed on the inside for at least two years. We had not been able to open it. He called and ascertained that they were in stock and left and returned soon after to change the filter and leave us an annual maintenance package. he also installed a new flame sensor. We were very pleased with the service. We also had great savings because we have the Platinum Plus service package.
