Mark was a very friendly and knowledgeable installer. He was very neat . He also explained the warranty and the options that we had to add to our closet if we wished. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our new addition to our new home.

The designer, Joyce was a joy to deal with. She was very knowledgeable, had great ideas for designs and a pleasure. The installation specialist, Garratt was very patient, did a great job installing, knew what he was doing and he was very respectful of our home. I would recommend them both in a heartbeat.

I hired Closets By Design to work on and design my walk in closet shelving for my wife and I. I am very pleased with the work performed and the quality is also very good. I recommend this company for anyone wanting to fix up there closets.

We needed more functional space in our master bedroom closet as the standard closet that came with the house was falling out of the wall.

Although the price is little high, the workmanship and quality are awesome. After installation, I asked the installer if the bar can handle all my jackets and coat. He said "yes and it can handle up to 200 pounds". I said "WHAT!!!" Well, he hung and chin-up on the bar Lol :)
What I do like most are quality. The wood and drawer are MUCHHHH STRONGER than any others because it's 3/4" thick and the bottom of the drawer is much more solid than thin cardboard you get from other manufacturers. Thumb up.
The installer was awesome. he handled the job very professionally, cover floor with drop sheets, cleanup mess after he leave.

Solid closet with lots of space that will help me stay organized. Very happy we decided to do this; my only regret is we didn’t do this sooner. Will definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the work done by Kathy. Everything was done on time and very well. She was very good and we were surprised with the good work she did for the installations. Very much recommended.
