Ordered a door for a playroom, installation was done well. This needed to be a custom fit and Closets By Design did a great job in installing and rectifying an issue I had. Christina was great in handling the issue! There was a problem with the interior colour of the door, but the solutions that were provided by her team was very thought out and professional. If you’re thinking of going with a general contractor, just know you may have to call Closets By Design to clean up their mess! Get it done right the first time.

I ordered cabinets and countertop for my cafe I think it was the first time for closet by design to make something like that the installation guy was so cooperative but the management was not.
I requested for a favour to install the cabinet not put the countertop till two weeks further but they want to let me pay 25% from what I paid extra for that and we are all suffering from this pandemic I have my place and paying rent and electricity and gas for six months but not open or have any profit no one like to help I'm not gonna deal with you again thanks

We continually use CBD to do our built ins in all our builds and they kill kit every time. Great service. This project will be trimmed out further so its seamless and handles switched yet but great start!

We had a fire at our home and everything was destroyed... needed new closet organizers and chose Closet by Designs. Tracy the designer was amazing and came up with great ideas. Chris the installer was great. Spent the day at the house was accurate, precise and neat!! He wasn’t bothered by all of us at home including our dog!!! Would highly recommend this company.

The entire process was flawless from the initial design consultant, to the Sales Manager involvement to the professional installer. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and prompt. The organizers are excellent quality, provide us with a huge amount of storage, and are installed very sturdy and sound. As compared to some other competitors offering the same, the quality of Closets By Design is far better, the installation is more durable, and the price was far more competitive.

Quality professionally installed cabinets. Salesman was great and the installer (Guy) was even better. All our questions and concerns all taken care of. No mess left after the job was done. Highly recommended!
