From the initial consultation to the installation, the team a Closets By Design were helpful and professional. Vadim designed a few alternatives for my small walk-in closet to maximize the type of storage I wanted and suggested I add a bank of shelves in my husband's reach-in closet for his hats and shoes. When our installer, Mark, was finished, it was like the closets had always been there! We would definitely recommend Closets By Design. They met all our expectations, and more.

We were disappointed about the visibility of the dry wall after the removal of the baseboards which was not covered or hidden.

Moving into a condo from a house is a bit of shock - my new walk in closet is 1/4 of the size of my previous walk in - the design of the organizers in my two closets has helped me find a place for everything I needed - the design is good - the service was on time as promised and the installer was safe, pleasant and efficient - I would definitely recommend this company - as my daughter did for me

I wanted a new basement closet that would be strong enough to support some very heavy books. I won't know the result until I have placed the books on the shelves. Appearance-wise, it looks fine. I thought that the project was expensive considering I had no back, lower end finish and no drawers. I had had Closets by Design before for a main floor 9' hall closet and I felt I received a better deal. That closet has a higher end finish, two levels for hanging stuff and two drawers. The installer was really nice but I wasn't impressed with the salesperson who I believe is the area manager.
