Closets By Design Of Central Ontario

I am soooo pleased with the work. Two guys arrived an hour early to do the install - Chris and Dan - they were both very professional, they were courteous, used floor tarps and wore their masks the entire time (I appreciated that). Because they didn't need supervision, I was able to watch some TV, do a workout and eat lunch while they worked (I had the day off). They left the place very clean, and finished within about 3.5 hours. Overall, great service and results.

I also want to mention that my original designer Michelle left the company before the work was done, so they sent another designer Allie to re-measure (just to be safe). Both ladies were professional, fun to talk to and personable.

Scope of work - if you're interested:
By condo standards, my closet space was quite good to begin with (both a walk-in and a regular 5 ft wide closet in the master). HOWEVER, I wanted to maximize it since most of my clothes are on hangers. I asked to add shelves to the left side of the regular closet, for sweaters, linens, and toiletries, and kept a rod for the right side plus a shelf. For the walk-in closet, the right side now has two rods - one for dresses and one for tops/bottoms, while the left side now has two shelves above the rod. It feels so much bigger in the walk-in too, more floor space and the use of the wall space all the way up to the ceiling draws your eye up.
In the foyer area, I also needed to use part of the coat closet (which is next to the kitchen) as a pantry. There, they added shelves to 1/3 of the closet, while I could use 2/3 for my coats.

Note: holes in back walls have to be patched by owner, but they did return all my baseboards after they trimmed it to size, and they patched up some holes on the side walls. Additional note - paid half in Sept and paid second half day of install on Nov 11 - they're quite busy.

Overall, highly recommend.
