Closets By Design Of Central Ontario

I wanted a new basement closet that would be strong enough to support some very heavy books. I won't know the result until I have placed the books on the shelves. Appearance-wise, it looks fine. I thought that the project was expensive considering I had no back, lower end finish and no drawers. I had had Closets by Design before for a main floor 9' hall closet and I felt I received a better deal. That closet has a higher end finish, two levels for hanging stuff and two drawers. The installer was really nice but I wasn't impressed with the salesperson who I believe is the area manager.
