Hello Mrs. McEwen. We thank you for your business. Our original invoice shows some fireplace parts order, which took a while to be received from Kozy heat manufacturer. Once we received the parts you asked us to install them, which we scheduled your service. On the day of service our technician diagnosed a 3rd required part that needed to be ordered besides the 2 you already ordered. Therefore the delay happened because we had to order another part to be able to complete your service. It would have been to your own benefit to have us do the diagnosis first before ordering any parts.
We totally understand the frustration as it was right around Christmas time, and some manufacturer's delay due to the current circumstances.
