I have to start off by saying that before reaching out to the Bancheri Bros. my husband and I knew NOTHING about pools.

From the moment of our initial contact to the completion of our pool and landscaping, the Bancheri Bros. came and not only explained everything with full transparency, they provided ideas and insights we would have never thought of.

To say that our experience with the Bancheri Bros. has been amazing would truly be an understatement - the professionalism, friendliness and ease of working together was second to none. One of the many things my husband and I were most impressed with was, after each day of work, time was spent ensuring that all machines were parked safely and out of the way and all dirt, rocks, etc. were cleaned up. That's something I needed to express because I can tell you, that is NOT the norm.

My husband and I and even our extended family who have seen the work that the Bancheri Bros. have done, have been so impressed.

I would absolutely recommend the Bancheri Bros. to anyone looking to add style and value to their home. And as an added testament, we have asked the Bancheri Bros. to come back next year to do the front of our house and we couldn't be more excited!

Bancheri Bros completed a full landscaping project transformation including; pool, living space, outdoor kitchen and planting. We never thought we would get a pool, but during the pandemic we decided that along with a landscaping overhaul of our entire property we would also put in a pool. We reached out to several pool companies but Alessandro and his team offered the best option with in-house paving, landscaping and pool, he also was very honest and did not apply pressure. Our project involved many moving parts and he guided us through each step and made a large project run really smooth always working to turn our design on paper into reality. Everyone on his team was very respectful and treated our home like their own. They took care to try and keep a very messy project as clean as possible. We are very happy customers and would tell anyone that Bancheri Bros are one of the best in the business.

We had decided to re-do our patio and driveway. After exploring mulitple companies and quotes, we decided on Bancheri Bros. We had seen their work all over the city and they have completed everything from simple jobs to very elaborate back yard oasis' including pools and out door kitchens, etc.

When you're picking a contractor, the first good sign is their investment in equipment to complete the work. If someone shows up with a pickup and a shovel, I would be nervous.

We had an initial consult with Alex to determine approximate cost. After we chose Bancheri Bros, we were provided preliminary drawings to layout the work to be completed and a couple of days before the start date, Alex came out to confirm all the details. As our area included 1000 sq ft of patio, walkways, etc, armour stone, driveway, I was somewhat skeptical when Alex told me me they would be done in 2 days or less. The last time we had been through a similar renovation with a different contractor, it was 3 weeks and by the end we were frustrated and less than 100% satisfied.

When the crew arrived, it was a full complement of trucks, machinery, product and people. To say our street was busy was an understatement as Bancheri Bros. had filled the neighbourhood. I understand this could seem frustrating for the neighbourhood, but if Bancheri Bros' intention was to be as fast as Alex had suggested, you can understand.

The crew worked so gracefully it almost appeared to be a concert of movement. The entire process was busy and very orchestrated and in the end, the work was completed in 1 and 1/2 days.

The outdoor of our home has been transformed in an instant and the work is beautiful and I am certain will stand the test of time.

We would like to thank Alex, Charlie, Sam and the entire team for taking the time to walk us through the process and exceed our expectations.
