The crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves after the job was finished. Followed up with a phone call to find out if I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Daniel and Real did a great job cleaning our windows but that's just table Stakes. They also did great problem solving with hard-to-reach areas, were kind and patient with my three year old who wanted to help and generally generally positive (all smiles) and polite. Thanks guys.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I hired them to clean both my home and office windows and they did an outstanding job. A very professional staff with clearly experienced cleaners who go above and beyond the industry standard. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their windows cleaned. These guys really prioritize customer service in an industry where that is rare to find.

I had a really bad experience with this company.

The day my services have been scheduled nobody showed up. I called the office a few times and was told "the crew is on their way". I waited till 7 pm (the entire day) and nobody showed up.

Then it was rescheduled for another day and the crew showed up but did a really bad job (see the pictures).

I tried to follow up with a complain but nobody got back to me to address my concerns.

Matt and Real were great. The windows are crystal clear even after the rain. Reminder text is great. This is second year they've done the windows and they stay clear throughout the season. Fantastic work!

A+ did exterior window cleaning for us on May 31. On June 1, a Friday, I mailed them the cheque before we left on vacation. The following week staring Monday I start to get bombarded by texts and calls about paying the invoice! By Wednesday, FOURTH BUSINESS DAY after the job I get threatening calls that they are going to bring in a collection service! They thankfully shut up after that as I assume they checked the mail. Incredibly rude and lacking professionalism. Better stay home and have cash on hand if hiring these people.

The windows are sparkling and the service is excellent!
It's quick and easy to arrange - a phone call to schedule, a confirmation text and a reminder the day before the appointment and you're done.
They get on with the job and there's no hassle.
