My patio door failed to function on Sunday. Monday morning I called Direct Pro windows and doors, Sarah answered and asked some key questions to determine the problem. Paul came to do the job. My Patio door had been fixed within the 2 weeks span as requested. We’ll refer your company to everybody that needs new windows. We just very, very happy!!!!!

Wanted to upgrade all of my windows and doors- called Direct pro for service and two hours later I got a quote even though I live fur up north. They’re Great customer service and friendly staff. I won’t hesitate to recommend to everyone

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hired them to complete a simple sliding glass door installation at my home in Brampton. Showed up and did a terrible job on installing the door. (caulking could not have been applied more sloppily and unevenly, foam insulation bubbling out from packing way too much in, foam residue left all over the frame and concrete, absolute mess etc) When pointed out the installers they said "it would shrink once dried and only looked messy because it was wet". Any residue would "wash off". Here we are almost 9 months later and still looks terrible. How are you an installer and cant caulk a straight line? Complained immediately to the sales rep that sold the door however no response back. In addition, I paid for a lock however installers said keys were ordered but had not arrived by the installation date. Spent over 4 MONTHS calling, emailing, following up before anyone showed up at which point they showed up with the wrong part? How many times to I need to chase after you to get results? I need keys not parts. Spent another month chasing them down and relentlessly asking before they finally gave me my keys that I PAID FOR AFTER 5 MONTHS!!! How do you hide from customers??!?! No problem taking the money, tons problems following through!!!! How do you run a business like this? Glass door was supposed to be the first part with another $7,000 to be spent on replacing the rest of the windows. YEA RIGHT! I called someone else. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favour (like I did) and find another company that is professional, completes the job properly and most importantly has their act together....

We had 7 windows and a large bay window replaced/installed by Direct Pro. Eugene came and gave us a competitive quote. When they came to install the windows Max (installer) and his crew worked till the evening to finish the job. They were courteous and cleaned up the job site afterwards. We are very pleased with the outcome! They did such a great job and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends wanting to replace windows. 

We needed Five Windows Replaced in older home. The initial contact was fast and efficient plus most importantly honest. The company not only provided by far the best price we found. But the quality including the craftsmanship of the installation was outstanding. From start to finish, exceptional customer service and quality all around. Would highly recommend.

We shopped around for windows and contacted 6 different companies. After comparing all products and services we chose Direct Pro. Eugene (sales person) has a very good approach to show his product and pricing without putting any pressure whatsoever. Product is of very good quality, delivered on promised time, price is competitive. Installers Yuri and Denis are very attentive, professional and listened to our preferences with great care. Definitely a very good company.

Our sales rep Eugene, is a pleasure to work with from initial sales visit to discuss options and pricing, through to installation. He responded promptly to phone calls/text messages, when I had questions.
Windows came in within 5 weeks of placing our order and the windows & doors are excellent quality at a great price.
Installers were professional & courteous & cleaned all debris from yard when job was finished.
