You Move Me Toronto/Gta

A crew of 3 to pack me for moving. Generally a good job however the estimate was off by 50 percent. They did provide some relief on the bill at the end of the job. The crew were friendly and efficient however they did leave a few details unattended hat I had to run around and pack after then left

It was Perfect. Fast, reliable and most of all, safe with my belongings. I've use them twice already in just over a year and if I ever need movers again, I won't hesitate to call them again.

The entire process was perfect. Setting the move up was easy and everyone was very friendly and professional. I liked the fact that they only charge in 15 minute increments, where other companies charge for a full hour even if you only use part. They even asked if they could bring me coffee when they came to do the move! The two guys called me the morning of the move and showed up right on time. They were both very pleasant and kept a great attitude even when my huge Ikea storage unit wouldn't fit out of the door after they had hauled it up the stairs. And they worked quickly, saving me a full hour off of the original estimate, which of course saved me $$. I've already called them for another furniture move and will use them when I move houses in a couple of months.

Carlos and Ian were on time, very positive/cheerful, and took great care with the furniture--including the very heavy glass shelves for the bookcases. They took the time to place the furniture in the new home. Fantastic job, THANKS guys!!!

Overall impressed. I think they would do a great job of a small house or apartment move, I think our large house pack and move was a little over their head. Their time estimates were off for both the pack and the move by quite a bit. The guys were very nice, but it ended up being two very long two days for them and they clearly were very tired and losing energy and care near the end. They missed some larger items and took some items to the closest location in the house ( not the correct one) as they got more tired. Again, I don't blame them, the second day was close to 12 almost straight hours and they were exhausted. Overall, I believe they were professional and did a good job, but are much more suited for apartment or small house.

I felt I paid to much for the second time using you guys the 2 men you sent were very good when paying the bill I did not have change and I had no choice but to give them a 50.00 tip that I could not afford I like your company but I will think twice next time I will get more quotes thx

If you want your move to be on time, on the money and on the ball, call U MOVE ME. They carefully moved all my possessions, after shrinkwrapping AND padding. They protected the railings, went above and beyond in the re-assembly of fridge doors, tv stand and laundry hook-ups. The estimate was fair and explained at every step in the process (even adjusted down as I had moved some items myself ) They were efficient, uniformed, enthusiastic--and the coffee was hot!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

I highly recommend the Toronto GTA/You Move Me team. From the initial phone conversations, to the in-home estimate, to the move itself - it was an all-around great experience. The two men who helped with my move, Ricky and Ian, were amazing. They were organized, fast and super efficient - I couldn't believe how quickly they moved me! They didn't waste a minute. And on top of that, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. These guys went above and beyond and, although I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The movers were very efficient and helpful. They even helped set up furniture, they were friendly, and overall this was the smoothest move I've ever had.

We were really happy with the service, the guys came very courteous shrink wrapped everything and did a very pleasant move. We will definitely use this service again .
