The windows were streak free. My screens were dusty before due to construction debris, and PMT was able to remove all of that for me.

Phillip at PMT is professional, courteous and always replies quickly to calls and emails. He was able to stop a leak in our basement by cleaning our eavestroughs and redirecting our downspouts - his team worked effectively and efficiently and the end result was amazing! Phillip took the time to explain what his team was going to do and why, as well as the products he would be using. His exclusive hinged downspout is amazing and makes lawn care/snow removal a breeze. We will be replacing all of our eavestroughs likely this year and we will definitely be using Phillip. If you have a leak in your basement, your first call should be to Phillip (we did not realize how important eavestroughs really are to our home!). I highly recommend Phillip for any of your eavestrough needs - repair, redirection, replacement!

It was a pleasure dealing with Philip and his team from PMT Home Services. They were professional, on time and very thorough. Philip and his team cleaned the interior and exterior windows, and were able to completely scrape off the paint that was on the windows, along with cleaning the tracks and screens to my satisfaction. In addition to those jobs, Philip also cleaned the light fixtures outside the house for no extra cost. For the past few years Philip from PMT Home Services has been doing my window cleaning- inside and out. A few days ago he cleaned my eavestroughs and windows so that they would be done before Passover. Wow what a difference this past winter really created a mess. As always Philip was punctual, respectful and did an amazing job at a great price. I highly recommend Philip and PMT Home Services.

I've used this company for many years to clean my windows and fix my eaves troughs and they have been nothing but excellent and extremely reasonable. This winter I used this company to refinish my hardwood floors and paint the interior of my home. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services.

Philip and Arseny did a wonderful job cleaning my windows and eaves, and for a very reasonable price. After the eaves cleaning was completed they discovered that some of the nails on my eaves troughs became loose over time and suggested installing brackets to re secure them to prolong their life span. This was again done for a very fair price. They were very honest and professional with the job and I would recommend them for anybody with the same issues.

I was referred to PMT Home Services by a friend of mine and couldn't be more thrilled. Philip and his crew came to my condo and cleaned the balcony windows and interior windows. With all the construction going on, they had to be clean!!! What a difference I notice! Philip even cleaned the glass balcony railing for no extra charge. I look forward to having him come back in the summer time to do it again.
