I just moved into a house that had 4 different keys for 4 different doors. Dimitry changed all of the locks to use a single key, and even suggested (rightfully) that I apply reinforcement defenders to my two sets of double doors. Locksmith care is an owner-operated business. Dimitry was easy to get a hold of and punctual for the appointment. He installed two commercial grade deadbolt and even helped re-square up the slightly misaligned door to make it work better. His work truck is well equipped and organized, and I got to watch him work. I appreciate organized workspaces and can see good workmanship when I see it. Lastly, his prices were competitive and fair and he did not try to sell me any more than I needed; just what made sense for the situation. He's on my speed dial for future locksmith needs. I selected Locksmith Care as they had great reviews on Home Stars. I haven't needed a locksmith before. Dimitar responded to my email request for service quickly, and we selected a date and time that worked for me within a couple of days since it was not an emergency. He was prompt and professional. Dimitar gave me options to rekey locks instead of replacing them and I decided to replace both my deadbolts with new equipment. The locks were installed efficiently, and it is clear that Dimitar is very skilled. His price was reasonable (I expected it to be more). He also followed all COVID 19 rules and was very polite. Needed a new deadbolt. Was quoted a price over the phone and offered many options for type of lock. Installer arrived on time, lock was installed in no time. I would highly recommend this company.
