Our front entryway lock was very difficult to lock/unlock. We assumed we needed an entirely new lockset, which would have necessitated re-keying all our entry doors to match, but Dmitri came and replaced just the barrel of the lock and we are as good as new!

Really responsive, explained what was being done very well, and we are thrilled with how quickly he was able to come out and help.

Message on their answering machine promised a callback within 15 minutes and they did call back immediately.
Dimitri diagnosed a common problem with the door lock we had- an actual replacement of this lock under warranty, (a lock he used to recommend) and went into great detail to justify why the quality has gone downhill.
We had him install a new lock and he also fixed issues with the actual door.

Front door lock was not working- called Locksmith Care and they were able to come within 15 minutes of my call, even during a snow storm. Professional, fast service, and very reasonable pricing. We had just recently bought a house where the previous owners apparently "lost" all their physical keys and were only able to provide us the key code for the smart lock on the front door.

Dimitri was able to re-key all 4 locks in the house (including the smart lock) without the original keys and without having to change the locks. While he was working away on the locks, he also lubricated all the locks and ensured all the deadbolts worked silky smooth.
