Alan was quick, curdeous, thorough and did a fantastic job. We had popcorn ceiling removed as well as a plaster skim coat applied to the walls. I am extremely satisfied and will 100% be using him again.

This company was great all around. Their workmanship was excellent and they actually came in under budget. They also finished well before our requested deadline. We loved the fact that they worked hard to cleaned up perfectly when they were done. We have more work to do and will definitely use them again.

Allan is great. I have used him for a number of projects around my house including popcorn ceiling removal, painting and most recently the taping of our en suite bathroom. The quality of his work is superb, he's always on time and competitively priced.

Alan and his crew were punctual in giving us a quote and starting our small project. They did very good work installing, taping and painting the drywall in our basement. The work area was alway clean. The price was competitive. We would be happy to use them again.

Alan and his team were amazing. After firing a contractor from a basement Reno we did our due dilligence by asking around for referrals. Alan's price was competitive and he was on time and on budget. My painter commented that this was his easiest paint job due to the superb taping job that Alan did. Alan built out 2 fireplace walls for me, put in new ceilings after I raised my roof and new pony walls. I will be definately be using Alan again when I renovate my upstairs next year.

After receiving a few quotes from drywall and tapeing contractors to finish a custom home I was building, I decided to go with Aeracon Construction, who was competitively priced and seemed more reliable than a few of the other contractors that came out.

Quality of finishing was very important to me and Aeracon both completed the job on schedule and with immaculate quality.

I could not have been more pleased with their work, they were dependable and it was easy to get a hold of them if I had any questions.

I hired Aeracon to remove popcorn ceilings throughout our new home. Allan was courteous, informative and provided all costs clearly. All work was completed on schedule without delay and most importantly, on budget. I could not be happier with the outcome--the removal of the stucco/popcorn has visually raised my ceilings by a foot and brightened up my entire home.

Allan is truly skilled in his craft which can be seen at every step of the process. He treated my home with respect and as if it were his own. No corners cut; two-three coats of plaster with sanding between coats followed by primer and two coats of paint. The end result was absolutely stunning and precise to every detail.

I also had Allan remove a non-load bearing wall which my builder confirmed was okay to do. He patched the drywall and ceilings joining the two rooms so well that you cannot tell there was ever a wall there. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a contractor with an eagle eye for detail.
