KitchenAId side by side Freezer was building ice and not draining. I'm so glad I contacted JSN. Quick response and after getting a better understanding of the problem it was assigned to Ayman. A real gentleman and professional. Was here as promised and knew how to resolve the problem right away. Hope I don't need them often but will certainly use them again and recommend to others.

After calling JSN to get another quote for a technician to come look at my stove I confirmed my appointment with Ayman and he arrived during our scheduled time. Before arriving we discussed the issues with the stove and was hoping to come to the appointment with the items needed to fix on the spot. Upon arrival he quickly confirmed his diagnosis with both the oven (igniter coil) and range (module) but the part provided by the supplier was incorrect. The correct parts took approximately two weeks to arrive at the supplier and was immediately contacted to book a time for install. Ayman arrived during the scheduled appointment time and the installation completed quickly.

I'm very happy with the service, communication & promptness of Ayman. I would recommend this company for any of your appliance service needs.

Dryer was making noise and suddenly stoped. It was opened up and cleaned out. Very professional and curtious.

Sam diagnosed the problem with the oven within 5 mins, and did a perfect job repairing it. Very careful with the job and extremely patient responding to our questions. We highly recommend Sam and JSN!

This is not the first time we use Sam and he is responsive and helpful as usual. He got back to us within a day with the price and we got an appointment for the next day. Sam fixed the ignition on our Kitchenaid gas cooktop and everything has been working fine since then - thank you! I would recommend Sam to anybody.

There was a cracked drainage pump that was leaking on to the floor. Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and was back a few days later to install the new pump. The working conditions were far from comfortable, but Sam was a pro.

Sam arrived on time and quickly diagnosed why ther dryer wasn't producing heat when used on drying cycles. The heating element needed to be replaced, but instead of replacing just the heating element, the entire heating element box was replaced. Service was good, but in all honesty $352.00 (not including taxes) seemed a little steep for about 1hrs worth of actual work on the dryer and that includes vacuuming the interior of the dryer once it was partially dismantled. I realized after watching YouTube videos that this repair could've been a DIY. Again, work was good, Sam was polite and knowledgeable, however I am also a little disappointed in 90 day warranty for the part and 30 day warranty for labour.

Sam called me back to ask why I wasn't completely happy with the service. I explained to him that I was happy with the service, but that the price (to me) was a little high. He has graciously offered to discount the job. He also explained to me that he only uses genuine Samsung parts and that entails replacing the entire heating assembly, not just the heating coils (which would be an aftermarket part by itself). He also educated me on the industry warranty on replacement parts as standard at 90 days (which I didn't know). So all in all, I am happy and satisfied with the level of customer service Sam provided. He actually cares about his customers and feedback. The $180 charge for the labour is the standard charge he charges for my repair apparently. I told him that he should list the labour price amount for each type of repair on the company website so that customers know how much the repair is after it is diagnosed in person, and not be surprised (like I was when I was told) and he said that he would consider the suggestion and speak with his IT guy.
