A mouse chewed through the hose leading to the dishwasher. Problem identified, then part had to be ordered via Dishwasher Manufacturer.
Total of 2 visits, very easy to communicate with technician, very prompt in service calls.

Our dryer was making a loud screeching noise when it was operating. Sam diagnosed the problem on the initial visit, ordered the part and repaired it on the subsequent visit. The dryer works great now. Highly recommend their service.

From my initial phone call to set up an appointment to do repairs, to the end of the job, Sam was extremely professional, knowledgeable. His workmanship was excellent and performed in a timely manner and he was very conscientious about cleaning up after the job was done. The quote he gave me was reasonable and fair. Sam came and diagnosed the problem right away. Gave an estimate that was very fair, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. It is the second time I have used JSN for an appliance repair (clothes dryer as well) and am completely satisfied.

Sam's service call was done in a convenient and timely manner and with a surprisingly reasonable charge. His pleasant and professional manner was exceeded only by the competence and transparency he demontstrated in diagnosing, explainig the issue and then ordering and installing the part. Sam even made adjustments to the dryer above and beyond the initial issue and at no extra charge. Everything was done with courtesy and attention to customer convenience. All in all this was one of the best home service experiences we have had and we highly recommend his JSN Service.
