Our fridge had not been working properly from few hours and we needed the company to resolve our issue immediately. We found Jsn Appliances. The technician came to our house with in 2 hours of first contact on Thursday. What service! Not only the technician was professional and efficient, He identified the problem with in couple of minutes, and moreover, had the part on hand to fix the issue. We would highly recommend Jsn Appliances repair for any appliance job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced.

Not happy! We reported in the repair we believed that a sock got stuck in the exhaust of my dryer because I forgot to replace the filter after I cleaned it. He quoted $70 for the service call & said if he then repaired the service fee world be taken off the final bill. He arrived turned on the dryer It made a noise. Without removing any door or part. Says $170 for the repair. My husaband wanted to text me for my opinion and steps away for a minute. When he returns the dryer was working and he said it was a sock. My husband asked why so expensive & why didn’t he wait & about his promise of the service visit being credited towards the repair. He wouldn’t accept anything but the full amt. he wasn’t honest and I don’t recommend.

The dryer stopped working. Sam fixed in in less than 5 min and told us what exactly was the problem. Honest man. Payment is also very convenient using his mobile debit machine immediately providing an official receipt via email. Well organized. We will definitely call him every time when a service is required.

I chose JSN Appliances Repair to repair my electric stove from reading other reviews and I was not disappointed in my choice. Sam provides excellent customer service. He sends a text to let you know he is on his way and also follows up a few days after the repair to see if everything is working ok. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his company.

The service technician was excellent. He explained the process and showed me the damaged part. He vacuumed the dryer and cleaned up afterwards. He reminded me to call if I were to experience any difficulties with the replaced part.

Sam was pleasant, efficient and had the part to fix the convection fan immediately.
I also appreciated the follow up call to make sure all was working well and the offer to return should there be a need.

Put in an online request to JSN to repair squeaking noise with dryer.
Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the Idler pulley on initial visit. Before putting the dryer back together, Sam was very thorough in making sure all lint and debris from the unit was cleaned out. Now, that’s service!
I would highly recommend JSN to anyone needing repair on their appliances.

It was hard to determine what the problem was because the stove was working but not holding the pre-heat temperature. He was pretty sure it was the heating element and had brought one with him but the visual inspection appeared that all was okay. Subsequently it did (2 days later) fail and he had to return. Which he did and replaced the element and gave us a full credit for the first service call. Very happy with the way Sam conducted himself throughout the procedure. Sam is a first class individual.

Sam did a great job and repaired the belt and made our dryer work again. Friendly and professional. Thank you.
