Had a burnt plastic smell coming from dishwasher while running cycle and water did not drain. I was convinced from Google search that the issue was a common one, either pump or drain valve. To my surprise Sam identified off the bat that the pump was still working and after further diagnostic, found a blockage. He tested the machine thereafter and no more undrained water, or burnt smell. Sam was excellent regarding his communication re: time/arrival, repair/diagnostic, clean, knowledgeable and had new parts in hand just incase. Thank you Sam!

Sam from JSN Appliance Repair came to inspect the problem we were having with our washing machine.
It seemed to be a major issue and was unrepairable.
We were bracing ourselves for replacing yet another washing machine, the third one in 19 years.
That was until Sam messaged to say that he had spoke to the Whirlpool master technician and learned of a possible repair. It would cost $330 but should work, and if it didnt, I would pay nothing.
It worked and has continued to since with out any issues.
Sam is amazing. Courteous, on time, and looks to solve whatever problem he can. I would highly recommend him.
