I called Sam the first time, explained that my dryer wasn't working. he took down the info for the dryer and promptly ordered the right part, came to install a few days later. Everything works great, thanks.

Just wanted to say Thank you again to Sam who kindly fit me in to his planned day. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. I called him in the morning and by mid day he was able to fit me in and have my washer up and running.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive his call the next day to make sure the washing machine was running well.

I had two issues on my GE Cafe appliances within days of each other.
First the switch on the knob controlling one of the burners on the stove broke. Then the icemaker in the fridge stopped working, which ended up days later causing a flood in our kitchen.
I called JSN after finding them on Homestars. Sam took my info on the stove over the phone, asking a number of questions. He gave me his partner Ayman's number,as Ayman does the refrigerator.
Ayman called me back, and the next day came out well prepared with a new icemaker unit and a new valve switch. He replaced the valve, which fixed the problem, saving the expense of a new icemaker.
The stove part was out of stock, but a few days later Sam obtained it and came out that night and fixed the stove.
Both Sam and Ayman were quick to respond, polite, and quite thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had JSN Appliances Repair in to repair our Samsung dryer. They returned my call promptly, fit us in within a couple day & when they came they diagnosed the problem & made the repair efficiently. They work neatly and are very polite. I would definitely hire them again & would highly recommend them.

Sam from JSN fixed our dishwasher. We called Sam on Saturday morning because our Bosch dishwasher was leaking and he arrived the same day. Sam was able to determine the problem over the phone and brought the part with him. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. We highly recommend his services.
