Sos Wildlife Control

My call was answered immediately and he was at my door that same day to deal with a racoon in my roof. Professional, courteous service solved what was for me a very stressful situation and he even called back to confirm there was no further issue. EXCELLENT

The S.O.S. team was timely and responsible with retrieving the trapped raccoons and replacing the traps at our home.
They are good communicators. It was always easy to contact them by phone or text. They always responded when they said they would.

We could hear a family of raccoons in our attic. Called SOS on a Thursday - they came out Monday morning. They were able to remove the 5 babies but the mother got away. They set up a one way door on an obvious entry point and then secured the babies in a box with some insulation on the roof in front of the entry point. Over 8 hours had passed and the babies still sat out in the March cold. I called SOS as I was concerned about the welfare of the newborn babies. Sherwin returned in the late evening and I told him at that point that I saw the mother on the inside of the attic near the door. He then left to pick up materials to build a warming box for the babies. After having built a wood box with heating pads inside for the babies he left. I wish they had used a warming box earlier in the day as it was very cold out. Nonetheless, I could hear the babies crying and that assured me they were still very much alive.

We set up another appointment for them to return on a Friday to seal up the entry points ($100 each and there were 7 of them).

Prior to them returning, I called them up to let them know I could hear the mother and her babies in another part of our attic (above my bedroom). They came over Friday at 7:30am. I was still in bed and not a happy camper about this early morning wake up call. Either way, they were able to capture the mother raccoon and her babies. Only this time, there were just 3 babies. The other 2 were dead inside the warming box. I was really saddened to learn this because even though they were in my home and would probably cause destruction, they are still sentient beings.

Sherwin and Jamie sealed up 4 entry points to our home and removed the warming box. Instead of charging us for 4 entry points they charged us for 3 plus the $250 and $80 for removal of mom & babies. With tax, it came out close to $800. That was about $500 more than what I thought it would cost. (As it turned out there were 4 easily compromised points and not 7 as earlier thought).

Overall, the kindness and concern given by Sherwin and his team was very much appreciated. I can't blame them for the deaths of the two babies because they could have died from any other reason. Sherwin did return in the evening twice to protect the babies.

Overall, I would highly recommend them. And if Sherwin is every by this way during the summer... please feel free to stop in for a coffee. Thank you, Sherwin.

With our newly renovated house, we ended up having squirrels make their way inside. To protect our house we called S.O.S and they came the following day to install a one way door to safely remove the squirrels. Their customer service is impeccable and they get the job done quickly. We haven't heard any little noises since. Thank you for your service. I would recommend you in a heart beat!

We were hearing noises in our attic, like a loud thumping, and we were seeing raccoons in our backyard. We found SOS on google and saw their amazing rating and went ahead and called them. The first day they came and installed a one way door to where the raccoon was coming in through, the second night the raccoon had stuck its face through our ceiling so we called Sherwin again. They came back again another time to find five babies in our attic which they got out safely. They used all their effort in getting the mother out as well. The babies and mother were then reunited and set free at a nearby park. They were very reasonable, helpful and made sure everything was done the proper way. Once the attic was cleared out they removed the one way door. the job was well done and I couldn't have asked better people to deal with a situation like this in a very humane way.

I had two raccoons who had gotten into my garage, we needed a quick removal. Sherwin showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He then removed the first racooon with ease, when were looking for the second, he found out that there were babies. He trapped the mother and placed the babies, that were no longer than a couple days old, in a box with towels. We brought the mother around back and let her up a tree leaving the babies at the bottom for her to collect later. Sherwin was extremely humane with these animals and made sure that the mother was able to be with her children. Incredible service and extremely friendly. Thank You S.O.S Wildlife control!

Sherwin and his team arrived on time and as promised.
There were two raccoons living underneath the solar panels on the roof. Sherwin and his team was fantastic; they lifted the panels as needed and corner the critters until they were captured and put them in cages to take away. The team also sealed off vents on the wall and roof so as to prevent further issues with wildlife.; I highly recommended his services.

These guys at SOS were great. They decisively and patiently worked on our wildlife control issue before it grew more serious, then they secured our house of all potential weak areas that may have caused any future problems. They executed everything under the most challenging and difficult circumstances. We would highly recommend this team to anyone who need someone you can trust and accomplish a great job.
