These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. Showed up on time and quickly identified what was going on. Took videos as well to show us exactly what was happening and explained in detail the cause as well as the fix. I would highly recommend these guys if you are having any pest problem. They were efficient, honest and really nice guys!

I called Sherwin from S.O.S Wildlife Control and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I had a Raccoon hanging out in my backyard for weeks, Sherwin came to the rescue, and trapped the Raccoon. He came within the hour of me contacting him, he was very professional, and successful in solving my Raccoon problems.

My issue was suspecting a raccoon was in our attic. Sherman was excellent. He was willing to come at my requested time to look in our attic. On the day of the appointment, it was snowing and the roads were slick. However, despite the bad weather, he still arrived at the scheduled time. He wore booties so as not to mess up the floors each time he went in the house. He took the time to check the attic to see if any signs of a raccoon or other animal was present. No holes in the venting or roof were seen but while here, he also checked our mouse traps for evidence of any mice. He provided very good service and since nothing was found, he didn't charge us for his work. I would definitely recommend him for your animal control needs.

Fast, knowledgeable, curtious, and professional. pretty much sums up this company. They were punctual and explained the whole process to me, even showed me a video of where the squirrels were entering from.

A raccoon ripped apart one of my roof vents and gained access to my attic. It was a cold and rainy Friday afternoon and everybody I called went straight to voicemail.

The next day (Saturday) I found SOS Wildlife on HomeStars. I called the number and Sherwin answered right away. I explained the problem and although he was in Mississauga and told me he could be at my house (East York) by 3pm.

When Sherwin got to my place, he wasted no time getting on my roof to look at all of my roof vents, made some recommendations, did the work, came back a week later, and finished up.

Here's what I loved about my experience with SOS Wildlife:

- Sherwin is a pro. He took a video while on the roof and pointed out everything that was going on. He did a post-install video too (I tried to share, but Homestars won't let me upload video)
- He removed the existing vent and installed a one-way door, along with a little "raccoon ladder" so the critter can crawl out (don't want him getting stuck in there!)
- He recommended I cover all of my roof vents with a cage material that fits over my vents (7 in total, along with the vent stack.) It was more expensive, but after seeing what the raccoon could do, we decided it was good insurance for the future.
- a week later, Sherwin returned, called me while I was at work for permission to return to finish his job. I gave him the ok to go ahead without me.
- Sherwin, removed the one-way door and replaced my roof vent, and installed a cage to cover it.

I manage customer service teams and I spend my days talking to staff about the importance of treating the customer right. In today's world, it's hard to find somebody that will do a professional job. It's even more challenging to find a professional who also focuses on customer service. I don't often write reviews, but Sherwin went far beyond the expectations I had for service.

We had a serious squirrel nuisance in our attic and Sherwin was very prompt and professional. They dealt with the issue right away. He continued to provide excellent service by giving us advice on how to keep the attic rodent free as well as guidance on how to prevent further damage to the house. Would definitely recommend SOS!

We reside within close proximity of a ravine and had some creepy little creatures (mice) visitors inside our residence. I called soswildlife and spoke to a representative who I found to be very reassuring and empathic with our situation. A technician attended promptly,laid down traps in strategic locations throughout the house, inspected the exterior and provided great advise on how affectively prevent future "visits". We heard some loud noises in our attic at night, and after a search on the Internet we decided on calling Sherwin's Sos wildlife company as it has very good reviews and is available 24/7! I just found it was fantastic to be able to call him at the very same moment we could hear the raccoon scratching and get our appointment for the next morning! What a relief! Sherwin is very professional and very friendly. He took the time to explain to me the problem , the solutions and the process. I recently woke up to find a roof vent torn off and sitting in my driveway and decided to try S.O.S. Wildlife just based on a Google search/reviews. From the time I talked to Sherwin on the phone to explain the situation, to him coming to my house and the job being done (installation of a one-way door + animal proofing the roof), was less than 4 hours! Sherwin is great to deal with and is happy to take all of your questions and explain the process, and he even takes videos of everything to show you exactly what the problem is and the work that was done. Sherwin helped my mother prevent squirrels from nesting in her roof/attic today. I spent the whole time with him as he worked on the issue, and was very impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and friendliness. He took pictures and videos of the problem, sent them to my phone for my records, and spent the time to really explain from start to finish the problem and solutions available.
