Efficient Moving

Moved on October 1st. Drivers were late by 40 minutes. Drivers insisted on using their boxes to make move faster and it was not. Was told boxes were $10 but later after packing them was told $10 per box rental. After the job was done I was billed $510.00 for moving but when receiving email invoice the total was $412.45. When asked about the difference I was told tips, when explained no tips were given the company denied me the difference and told me the driver submitted $412.45. The company does not use pink receipts after the move for customers copy. Deceiving company and do not use them!

Efficient Moving made me a fast and detailked quote, included insurance and everything. I chose them and they were on top of confirming the date and time, day of customer service answering phone to ensure movers arrived on time. They came and quickly got to work. Moved many times before, 1 bedroom, and these guys were the fastest and most careful. They even let me hop up front to drive to the new location in Aurora from Toronto. They quickly unloaded and the rate they charged was the same as the quote, no tricks. I was so pleased, gave them a big tip. When I unpacked everything, nothing broken or scratched... even my big screen TV, that they boxed up for extra protection. I WILL DEF BE USING THEM FOR EVERY MOVE and STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

Dealing with Efficient Moving Inc. was a pleasure right from the very first phone call. Alex, with whom I spoke and corresponded by email throughout the process of changing residence and who was responsible for organizing my move, was professional, courteous and endlessly patient in providing information, packing suggestions and in answering all of my questions. He gave me the impression of genuinely caring that my move be as smooth and uncomplicated as possible and even called me immediately after the move had been completed to ensure I was satisfied and happy with the results. The movers themselves, Andrei and Vladimir, were excellent: punctual, quick, yet always careful with my belongings (which survived the move with not a single scratch, thanks to the men's attentiveness), cheerful and willing to accommodate my every request, they were truly a pleasure to work with. The cost of the move itself was extremely reasonable, particularly given the professionalism demonstrated by Alex, Vladimir and Andrei. I highly recommend this moving company and will use Efficient Moving Inc. for any and all future moves.

I tend to move every couple of years, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. I moved out of Toronto for the first time and stumbled upon Efficient Movers. The level of professionalism that Alex provided during the booking and confirmation stages were very promising. On moving day, the foreman Andrei and his colleague arrived a few minutes early. They were courteous, professional, hardworking and true to their name, very efficient. I was fully moved within 4 hours - and that included the trip across the QEW. Very excellent service.

I had my move three days ago.
The guys were right on time with out delay.
They were quick and accurate.Nothing was damaged or scratched.
Also customer support was excellent as they were able to answer all my questions prior my move.
Generally they did a terrific job and I was 100% satisfied.

I moved this Saturday from Brampton to Toronto. Steve and his partner were prompt, polite and very efficient. My FIL so impressed, he will use EM to move his business!

Both movers who conducted the move were very professional and courteous. They took extra care packing the items and were very careful not to damage walls while moving things from the house to the truck. Alex in the sales department was very professional in his dealings with us. He made two phone calls, one before the start of the move to ensure the movers with the truck arrived on time and the other call at the end of the move to ensure the move went smoothly. We strongly recommend Efficient Moving to our family members, relatives and friends. Pricing was reasonable when compared with other moving companies and the service in terms of quality and timeliness was excellent.
