What a great business! Well oiled machine! We relied to the late extent on the strength of their profile and all the positive reviews on homestars. We did the right thing by choosing them, it appears. It has been a week since our new grass was installed and the installation is still very new, but we can tell already that everything is functioning the way it was intended. The installation was very quick and Nino and his son came back several times to adjust and to fix one head which was broken by the builder's sod installers. They are always responding, never an issue if you need to get something corrected later, even after the bill is settled. These people understand what the top notch customer service is and bend backwards to accommodate the customer, even after the sale is done. There are so many bad contractors out there and this is such a rarity these days to find a reputable firm that cares about the customer. We were so impressed by the service that we are giving them another job at our other property.

Nino and his team were fantastic. I've dealt with many trades over the last few years, and Nino was one of the best - he promptly returned my phone calls, arrived when he said he would, and treated my property like it was his own. HIs price was very competitive, and the job he did was worth every penny. After the system was installed, we had a minor issue (user error), and Nino came by right away to help us resolve it. Awesome work, Nino and his crew came in, and worked around the grass installing the system around the yard starting at 8am and we're done by 4pm. Explained everything in detail, honest and dedicated.

Nino and his crew were fast, efficient and very articulate about their work. They did a good job of explaining and demonstrating their work so that I understood how to work it. I am very pleased!

Nino and his team are great. I spoke to Nino on the phone and he came the same day to look over my property and gave me a quote. He advised me of their process and how many sprinkler heads I would need. His quote was the same as other companies I spoke with. Nino and his team came 2 days later and installed the irrigation system.

They came around the time he said they would come. He even called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. They finished the job a couple of hours ahead. He showed me how the system works, how to set it and use it. He programmed the system for me and ran the system so I can see it working and that every inch of my grass gets watered.

Nino and his team are professional and provide great service. He answered all my questions and assured me if there are any issues just to give him a call and they would take care of it or if I had any questions.

I admit I did not do a lot of shopping around and relied on the reviews on Homestar.

Estimate appointment : Nino was very polite. His expertise came across quickly-assessing the property, water source, and our requirements. So along with the reviews I had a level of confidence.

Installation: The crew was polite, considerate and cleaned up. I have a relatively new large flower bed - and they moved around the plants carefully. No damage.

I made a last minute addition, which they accommodated (I paid extra)

I believe I paid a fair price for the level and quality of work.

Nino happened to be in the neighbourhood the next day, so stopped by to check on the system.

Lastly, Nino is responsive to phone calls. I did not encounter the frustration sometimes with other vendors when trying to reach them.
