It has been a really great experience having Kaum as our electrician for our house addition project! He was very thorough in ensuring everything was per code and all work completed in a timely manner and high quality (we passed all our inspections without any issues). We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and dedication and would recommend him without hesitation. We could always rely on him to answer our questions right away and help us promptly with any changes that were needed - which we appreciated even more given that we are located outside of his area of service, but he always found a way to fit us in. He really went above and beyond when it came to customer service and quality of work provided.

Looking for a quick Job, I needed someone responsive. I was surprise to get an answer on my first call and pleased I did. This was followed up with a quick visit. I went ahead with the work. I called Trini and the appointment was made for the next day.

On their arrival they gave the impression that they knew what they were doing.
Unfortunately the supplier had sold us the wrong item and the
order was incomplete which necessitated a return service call.
The next business day I received a call from the owner of Trini informing me that he had picked up the missing part and would finish the job at my convenience that day.

Mr. Khan and his team did a FANTASTIC job on all aspects of wiring, and lighting installed in our home. I am an extremely meticulous person who has to have everything done to my expectations (which are very high), and Mr. Khan did the job that fit my requirement. I saw Kaum's card at a local Sherwin Williams store and decided to try him out. We just bought a house and wanted the panel upgraded from 100amp fuses to 200amp circuit breakers. As well, he ran wiring for a jetted tub and heat lamp in the main floor washroom. Communication was good and he was punctual. He completed all the work over a 3 day period (a few hours each day...more on the last day). Value for money was good - I'm happy.

Need a panel upgraded to one with more amps. Kaum was very cordial and thorough with giving an estimate, so that he could be efficient with his and my time. What he quoted he did not charge any extra, even though he could have. He needed to go out of his way to get another part and he did so without charging extra for his time. He only charged me for the part and brought me the invoice. He and his crew were very professional and polite!

Kaum replaced the old panel, installed a whole-house surge protector, & a dedicated outlet for a new central vac.. Very professional, friendly, & efficient. Thorough clean-up when work completed. Great work...would definitely recommend.
