My farm house is over 150 years old. Liviu and his crew took great care to sand and refinish the original pine floors in our dining room, hall and bathroom. L.A. Floor was excellent to deal with from the estimate through to the final coat of varnish. The old pine floors came out beautifully and their dustless sanding equipment ensured that the rest of the house remained clean during the 3 days it took to complete the job.

Liviu did an outstanding job from start to finish, with meticulous detail when sanding and staining. He made sure we were happy with the colour, recommending what would work best depending on the type of wood. He also kept the house spotless over the course of the three days he worked on the job. After purchasing our home, it was necessary for us to install new hardwood flooring through out and refinish the stairs. There was no question as to who we wanted to use to complete this. This was the second home that Livio provided his exceptional service. The work that was completed was beyond our expectation. Livio and his team were helpful and informative through the whole process and we were very impressed and happy that the stain on the stairs matched the flooring exactly. If we ever need to install flooring in the future we will definitely call on Livio and his team. Great job guys!!!

Horrible colour floors were refinished to a beautiful custom colour. Where we laid new hardwood in the kitchen and other places, they made sure the colours matched given the two woods were different. Refinishing the old wood was a significant savings over all new and you can't tell the difference.

They also laid a laminate in the basement which also matched perfectly to the rest of the house.
