Spic 'N Span Housecleaning

Heather did a great job on making my place look spic and span. She is personable and professional. I'd recommend her. One thing I liked was that she was 10 minutes early!

Feb 16 - I've downgraded my rating because Heather cancelled with 1 hour's notice to take a day off.

Had a chance to meet Heather this week for our first clean. Super happy with the work she did. She worked reallyhard and we had some time to chat and get to know each other. Looking forward to next time.
But.......it looks like this will be my only clean. Received a last minute cancellation call from Heather. Totally valid reason, I get it. Irritating as I had juggled my schedule to accommodate already. Problem is as soon as I didn't fit into her optoins to reschedule that's where the service ended. Guess it's all good as long as it's her way. I know she will post a reply to this with the excuses. Just understand that I changed my review not on the cancellation but how dismissive she was in trying to reschedule.

We've had the house cleaned several months now. It's a huge relief to not have to worry about the the weekly clean. Heather always does a great job and is a pleasure to have in the house. I would recommend Spic 'n Span to everyone.

Jody was so nice. I felt like I knew her forever. Very personable and a hard worker. She was great. I would definitely use this company again. I was able to schedule cleaning for before and after a large party in a pretty short timeframe and the owner, Heather, as well as Jody, were very accommodating.

Heather and her staff do a very good job of everyday cleaning situations, I have used her services now for two different properties and have been satisfied with the level of service received and her personable, friendly approach.

Crystal comes to clean my home every two weeks. I have a home with two large dogs and adult children. Every clean Crystal not only completes the regular cleaning schedule but somehow manages to complete many of the items on my 'wish list'. Crystal is a superstar!!
