Good after sales / installation support from Delco - while there were a number of deficiencies with the original install, they came back multiple times and have resolved all of the issues.

we are currently resolving discrepancies with the install. While I am not happy with the current state the salesperson has been working hard to resolve the issues.

Will update when this is all resolved.

Bad Install / Quality. We had an exterior door installed by Delco at the end of September.
I immediately notified the salesperson of the issues:
1/ there was foreign material trapped inside the door glass
2/ the interior door handle was extremely wobbly
3/ the workers damaged a rug that was on the door step

1 month later and none of the issues have been resolved. Salesperson is saying they are all manufacturers issues and not taking responsibility.

And now today, the base of the door split, creating a hazard and an eyesore.

I'm hoping that someone from Delco reads this and will help to resolve the issue.
