After working with Hamid on our basement reno in the spring of 2018, I contacted him to provide me a quote on replacing the hardwood floors in our vestibule, front hall and kitchen with ceramic tiling and, rebuilding our second floor deck. Hamid was quite clear that he didn't usually do outside construction work like decks but, at my urging he provided a quote on both pieces of work. Hamid provided quotes that were very reasonable and we contracted with him to do the work. as before, he and his crew showed up on the agreed dates and worked through to complete the job in an orderly and professional manner. The end products where both the tiling and outside deck are concerned are of excellent quality and exceeded our expectations. These guys are great...if you need a professional, reliable contractor for your renovation work these guys do high quality work, at reasonable prices while keeping you informed as your project progresses. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Pro A&R Renovations to renovate our very small 3-piece bathroom. The scope included gutting the bathroom down to the studs, extending one of the walls to provide additional space, and building a new bathroom. From our initial meeting with Hamid he provided great ideas on how to maximize the space of our bathroom along with detailed information about what would be required to complete the project. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different options available to us. Hamid is a thoughtful, detail oriented professional. He was very communicative and always willing to answer questions. The project started on time and finished it early. Hamid and his team were courteous and kept the area of construction clean which was much appreciated as the work was being done in our living space. It is evident from both the quality of his work, and the end result that Hamid takes pride in his work.

After interviewing 4 contractors to complete the renovation work in our basement, I elected to work with Hamid and Pro A & R Renovation...I am very glad that I did. What started out as a relatively straight forward reno that involved relocating our boiler and then rebuilding our downstairs bath turned into something much larger as we began to discover the past construction history of our house through the process of deconstruction...a common issue with most renos it seems. Throughout this process Hamid and Rida were steadying influences that brought a very practical perspective to any deliberations. Most importantly, they stayed on-site throughout the entire process, showed up everyday at 8:30 am and worked through until 5:00 pm and were willing to engage in discussions to find the best solutions along the way. They are both very skilled tradesmen and managed all aspects of the rebuild process. They do high quality work, keep you up to date on budgets and costs, deliver on time, and make sure that the finished product meets expectations. Renovations are chaotic by nature but Hamid and Rida maintain a calm and focused approach through the process, clean up the work site at the end of each day and manage to move the process along in an orderly manner. We are very satisfied with the end product and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Hamid and Rida to others.

This was our second renovation with A&R and we would definitely hire them again. They started both of our projects when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They made their time working in our home as least intrusive as possible, cleaning up daily and using protective barriers to avoid dust. We're very happy with quality of work as well as the price.

Hamid and his team are exceptional. The entire project was run so professionally, smoothly and on time, and when there were issues to overcome, Hamid always had a great solution. After searching for some time for a competent and reliable contractor we found A&R Renovation and they most definitely did not disappoint. Few years ago we hired Hamid and because he did excellent job we decided to Hire him again. No surprise that A&R Renovation has a 10 star rating. Honest and Fair...I was extremely happy with their work. They were meticulous in every way and their experience shows. I didn't know what I wanted and Hamid helped me choose the perfect Quartz countertop for my Kitchen and I absolutely Love it!!! I couldn't be happier. I will hire them again for my bathroom. Hamid is just a super nice guy. He started and finished the job when he said he would. The price was exactly what he said it would be. When we made additions during the project, the added price was always reasonable.

The workmanship was good and the basement looks great. It's about 1,000 square feet and includes a bathroom and two storage closets.
