Rio Stone sourced and installed a quartz countertop in my kitchen (including removal of existing granite counter). The fabricator/installer was excellent--very meticulous and willing to explain the process. He also ensured my counter was a single piece (seamless), whereas my previous granite counter was in two pieces, and not seamless. Overall the level of customer service was very good--Uri and Martin clearly have a strong desire to please their customers. However, scheduling was a bit of an issue and time to return phone calls was not consistent. That said, I'm very pleased with the end result. The price was very reasonable, especially given the requirement to remove a rather challenging existing granite counter top.

We found Rio Stone very helpful in planning the materials and layout of our new kitchen Countertop. Martin visited our home to help with some technical issues, created by the cabinet installer. The measurement was spot on, installation was on time and carried out without problems. We are very pleased with the results.

When I decided to replace my kitchen countertop, I contact Mr Martin for a quote and the quote he gave was very good. The entire team was so professional. Mr Martin helped me with the choice of countertop and sinks. The rest of the team was also very professional, and did a great job and most of all they clean up after themselves, which rarely happens with contractor.

What a pleasure to work with an organization who "Get's it". After chasing down a few companies for quotes, I contacted Rio Stone. I received a call back almost immediately, asking what they can do for me. With very little to go on they gave us a detailed quote and arranged a home visit. It could not have gone better. Martin was so friendly and professional. He knew exactly what our vision was and assured us it could be easily done despite living in a condo downtown. They sent a wonderful guy Mark to laser our kitchen and within 2 weeks the install was happening. Despite his wife going into labour at any time, the owner Uri was there for the install to ensure the process was up to their and our standards. The bonus was they were significantly less then the other companies!!! As someone who has been in retail for over 20 years, it is truly refreshing to work with a company that just wants to make the customer happy. Do yourself a favour and give them a call when you are looking for new countertops

After scouring many resources to find the perfect stone for our countertop and full-backsplash installation complementing our newly-renovated kitchen we found a very exotic stone 'quartzite'. With a marble-like look and granite-like durability it was a must-have. As the overall renovation was a high-end project working with reliable, friendly and highly-skilled companies for all aspects of the project was a must. As such, Rio Stone pleasantly met all expectations and we will definitely do business with them again. They were very cooperative, finished the work on-time and most importantly the work was great. What an amazing transformation! From RioStone's salesman Martin, to the installation crew, this is one excellent and professional company. Their price was VERY competitive as well. They finished the work quickly and in the time frame we were promised. I would (and already have) recommend RioStone to anyone who is looking to beautify their home with wonderful stone.

When me and my partner moved to our new house we wanted to change and update the kitchen. The countertop was quite dated and did not match our style . We heard about Rio Stone from my cousin who used them last year and got to see the wonderful job they did for them We chose a different style and color but were nonetheless thrilled with the change
