Had gutter cleaning service done for my parents place, they had a loose gutter on one side nothing major just needed one bracket. They said they dont fix but just clean. Not a problem. We paid our neighbour to fix the loose gutter. He told us that they never cleaned that entire side!! My neighbour cleaned that side for us. We asked the company for our money back. Manager said we will give $20 back. Total slap in the face, had to call the company many times before anyone could help me. They said they have 48hr policy if there was any issue. Told the manager if I was suppose to go up there and check there work. Why would I pay them if I could went up there my self. We would never known that gutter was cleaned if it was not for that loose gutter. Will never reccomend this company, stay away. Horrible service.
