Niko's Gardening Inc

Niko's Gardening recently replaced my front lawn after I had completed a porch replacement. The entire experience was excellent! They levelled the area and applied a generous amount of high quality soil. The sod, itself is nice and thick and was, to the best of knowledge, excellently laid down.

I am very impressed with Niko's Gardening Inc. I dealt directly with the owner and described to him what problem I was having with my lawn. We decided together that the best solution would be to remove the existing grass and re-sod. He was very professional, helpful and not the least bit pushy in his recommendations. He gave me advice when I asked for a recommendation for some stonework as well. He coordinated the sod and stone work so I would have the least disruption.
The installation of the sod went very smoothly, including some changes to the slope in order to improve drainage. He provided follow-up maintenance advice and offered his continuing help with any issues that may arise. The quality of the sod is exceptional. The professionalism of the owner and his staff is superb. And the value of his service is first rate. I would definitely recommend Niko's Gardening Inc.

I had quotes from other companies but chose Niko's even though they
were a bit more expensive as the reviews I read were excellent.
I commend Greg for his professionalism in promptly giving us a quote, following up with emails and responding positively to phone calls. He called us the day before to confirm the time the workmen would arrive.
Devon and his team arrived as promised and their service is to be applauded. Devon gave us detailed explanations as to what was being done, listened to our requests and his team worked diligently and were very pleasant.

Greg is great. He is always there to answer our questions and give advice even if it's weeks after sod installation. We appreciated detailed instructions regarding watering schedule. Excellent customer service and great quality of grass.

Cinch bugs had taken over and killed our entire front lawn. Our lawn care company said it was because of lack of rain and didn't bother to have anyone come top view. Greg at Nikos Gardening came for an inspection and diagnosis. He was able to have his team complete the job in one day on very short notice. We would recommend Nikos and already have to friends of ours that have to the same issue.

Contacted Nikos's as they use Vandersod which is a great brand. The entire process form estimate to final installation was a genuine pleasure. A high degree of professionalism and ease of doing business. Initial contact with Natasha resulted in an online estimate, follow up visit from Greg for exact measurements and explanation of the process gave us the final quote. Once accepted a date was set for installation. Greg sprayed the lawn a week before to kill all weeds and prepare the lawn. The crew arrived on time and completed the work by mid afternoon, keeping me informed along the way. Can't say enough about the work that Niko's did, would highly recommend this firm. Neighbours are jealous haha.

A big “THANK YOU” to Greg and your team for doing such a fantastic job on the new sod in my back yard! Yesterday it was a mud pit and today it looks like a fairway on a golf course! Never thought I’d be so happy over grass! The guys showed up on time, very polite and cleaned up so well! I will definitely recommend you to anyone I come across that needs new sod!
