Jade Granite & Quartz

Gary and his team are very professional and a pleasure to work with. My project involved two phases. First, there was the installation of Black Galaxy granite and backsplash in the basement. The second phase involved the installation of Jet Black Caeserstone quartz and glass tile in the kitchen. They also attached the sinks to the countertops, and even made a granite table for me! It was very easy to coordinate the timing of the work with my husband who completed the plumbing. I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and I would highly recommend Jade Granite and Quartz to anyone who needs a new countertop and backsplash. Thank you Gary and team for an excellent job! I contacted Jade via email and received very prompt correspondence. I provided measurements and was emailed a quote. We proceeded to in home measure and then booked the installation. Everything was completed with professionalism and attention to detail during the entire process. My new quartz counters are beautiful. I was very impressed with the service and competitive pricing. I would certainly use the company again if the need arises and would highly recommend to anyone.

We checked out this place based on other HomeStars reviews and we were not disappointed. Gary is very easy to work with and is very friendly. From the time we walked into his showroom to the end of the job, everything went really smoothly. He measured our countertops and was very patient in answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. The contract and everything was done in writing and even though we had to make some minor changes to labour after the fact (we didn't require him to remove the old counters), he was flexible and simple charged us less accordingly at the end of the job.

Countertop and sink installation was smooth. The plumber he gave us was great as well. All in all it was an excellent job done. I have already referred some of my friends and coworkers to Jade Granite &Quartz.

Gary was amazing to work with. He listened to what we wanted for our kitchen countertop when we did not see what we had picked from another store Gary said no problem he knew the product and could get it which he did immediately. He sent us picture to pick countertop slab we wanted. He promised it for within two weeks and he got it to us early. He kept us in the know as to the delivery date and always returned our calls within an hour if he did not answer right away.

The men who did the installation (which was a very tight fit) were amazing I actually thought they might not get it in but they did. Everything was done efficiently. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

The final product in our kitchen is beautiful!

He delivered the materials and provided installation on time. He exceeded our expectations and we are beyond thrilled with our new countertops. Their prices were reasonable but more importantly, the quality of the installation was very good. We were very concerned about the seaming since the counter is only as good as the installation, but it turned out to be a non issue as we were very happy with the result. I would
