Gary and his team were a bit late in coming to the job recently, however, he and his were hands-on and ensured the work was properly done. I am happy with the work done. I would recommend this company.

Called Gary based on reviews here on HomeStars. His response and service merited every one of the reviews, but he also went out of his way to accommodate my indecision with multiple trips to my home wth samples.
He was responsive to phone calls and questions, and installation was scheduled in reasonable timeframe.
Crews were personable, professional and left the job site very clean. The product is exquisite and we are more than pleased with the process and the outcome.

Gary and his team are professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. Every detail is looked after and they help with decisions. I am so happy with my new counters and sink.

I was trying to find a local company that would install quartz counters and found 'Jade, Granite and Quartz' online. Gary made an appointment to come see the kitchen and brought a heavy bag of samples for us to choose. He always communicated with us thoroughly and followed through with the date of installation. On the day of installation he came to inspect the job as the crew was leaving. He is a superb and honest individual. The kitchen looks amazing!

I recently upgraded my kitchen and needed new countertops. I shopped around and got 3 different quotes and Granite Quartz and Jade was very competitive. Gary was very professional and explained the process and gave me a very reasonable timeline which was met.
Gary and his instillation crew did a great job and installing my countertops and answering all questions I had.

We were looking for a new kitchen counter top and tiling, so did some research and found Jade Granite and Quartz. Also checked them out on HomeStars.

From the start Gaurav (aka Gary) was extremely responsive to our questions about products and how the installation would go. The people he sent to measure what we needed and install the caesarstone counter and tiles were very friendly worked fast and cleaned up well.

The end result is amazing and we love how it looks.

The whole way though we got the impression that customer service is very important to Gary, and we would definitely recommend and use them again.

I've called a bunch of companies for quotes but I was impressed with how Gary took the time to draw a more professional looking layout and send it back to me with the quote. The other companies just sent a price quote and that was that. He showed us that our business with him is important. The installation was also excellent! Great customer service overall! Oh and it doesn't hurt to have two cute installers!!

I was at the tail-end of an extensive renovation on my small mid-town investment condo. Based on the testimonials on Homestars, I contacted Gary of Jade Granite & Quartz at the end of May, 2016 to install quartz countertops on my new kitchen cabinetry. Gary responded immediately by phone to my email enquiry and made arrangements to meet with me at the condo the next business day with samples. The quartz countertops were just installed on June 24, 2016. Just beautiful! I'm extremely happy with the service, the responsiveness and the gorgeous countertops! Thank you very much, Gary!

Had our counter top replaced by Jade Granite & Quartz. They did an amazing job. The employees were very polite, courteous and professional. All my questions were answered. Gary was unbelievable very knowledgeable. Also, keeping in touch to make sure all our needs were met . We were very impressed.
